What makes a Bird Flu, a Bird Flu?

If you are sneezing it means you got flu. That simple !!!
But HELLOOOOOO saudara-saudara, it doesn't happens in birds, not in chickens.
The clinical sign you would see is not sneezing obviously.
I can mention lots of diseases that can make a chicken sneezes.
I saw today, there are several chicken that has red marks on its legs, and near its pad.
And their conclusion was bird flu a.k.a avian influenza.

What in the world makes them think so narrow? If you can diagnose bird flu that easy, so why did the researcher need to make ELISA test , HI test , Immunohistopathology test, AGPTest, FATest, VN Test, aaaaand the most advanced one, PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction)???

We are not bringing our country out of nowhere from this bird flu party, guys :(
