bigger responsibilities makes me nervous

have anybody ever feel this kind of feelings?
Sometimes I think that I am too young, too small, to have bigger responsibilities. I know it's not good, but that's how I feel right now.
What if I can't bring any good result in this responsibilities?
Sooo many "what if" now hanging in my brain.
